Appointment Instructions
and Health Requirements

  • I do not tattoo minors, please bring a photocopy of your ID to your appointment.
  • As much as I love children, do not bring them to your appointment.
  • The client consent form is located in the tabs section it must be submitted prior to your appointment.
  • Absolutely NO ALCOHOL within 24 hours of your appointment as it can cause you to bleed more and will affect healing.
  • Please do not wear eye makeup to an eyeliner appointment, have any false lashes removed at least 72 hours prior to your appointment, and discontinue the use of any lash serums at least 7 days prior to your appointment.
  • Lip Blush clients must get a prescription of Valtrex from your physician if you are prone to fever blisters. Any type of trauma to the lip will usually cause a breakout. I recommend taking it 3 days leading up to your appointment.
  • Brow appointments should stop tweezing or waxing two weeks before your appointment.
  • No quests are allowed in the procedure room, quests will have to wait in the lobby
  • It is very important to arrive to your appointment 30 minutes early to allow time for numbing. Failure to do so will result in the loss of numbing time as I am on a schedule and have to respect the appointments of others after you. The topical anesthetic requires the full 30 minutes to be effective. I will not use it if you are late for numbing because it simply will not work. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it will have to be cancelled.
  • Again, if you have old permanent makeup, you must schedule a consult before booking an appointment. You may do so by emailing me.
  • You know the state of your health, if you have any serious medical issues, please contact your physician for consent before booking an appointment.
  • Please read through the cancellation policy located in the tabs section thoroughly before booking your appointment.
  • For BB Glow Facial, please refer to BB Glow in the drop-down menu.
